Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographs or videos showing the issue.
Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
In case of replacement, a new item will be sent at no additional cost.
Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Minor variations in wood grain, finish, or size (as all pieces are handcrafted)
