1. Products & Descriptions

All our furniture is either handcrafted or restored with attention to detail. Please note that due to the nature of antique-style work, minor variations in size, color, texture, or finish are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed in person, online, or via phone/WhatsApp.
A full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, cash, and card.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

3. Delivery

We provide delivery across India.
Delivery charges and timelines vary by location and item size.
Studio77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Customization

We offer customized furniture based on your design, dimensions, and finishes. Once approved, custom designs cannot be altered or canceled.

6. Product Care

Each product comes with general care instructions. Studio77 is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or exposure to harsh conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, text, and content on our website, social media, and printed material are the property of Studio77 and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Studio77 reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
