Return & Refund Policy

At Studio77 Antique Furnitures, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographs or videos showing the issue.

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • In case of replacement, a new item will be sent at no additional cost.


4. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. No Returns Accepted For:

  • Minor variations in wood grain, finish, or size (as all pieces are handcrafted)

  • Damage due to mishandling, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Custom-built or made-to-order furniture
